Recreational Adirondack 10 LT and 12 LT

image16

For many small paddlers, a lightweight boat is the difference between going paddling on their own, or needing help  and the Adirondack 10 LT is his answer. The shorter length and absence of hatches and bulkheads allows a kayak that weighs only 22 lbs in Carbon Fusion

The Adirondack 12 LT is the same below the waterline as the Adirondack 12, but is built with the smaller person in mind, offering a narrower cockpit and lower deck height.  The sleeker deck design and absence of hatches or bulkheads afford the LT 6lbs. less weight than the Adirondack 12.

Sport Recreational Kiwassa

Our Kiwassa series kayaks were designed to harmonize functionality with performance, and their popularity is a testament to the success of their design. Taking their design features a step further, the Kiwassa 12.6 LT utilizes a high-performance mid-range length while removing the hatches to reduce weight. Remarkably light for a boat its size, the Kiwassa 12.6 LT is a fusion between the comfort of a recreational boat and the performance of a touring kayak. With portaging now an ease, and with enough performance to tackle nearly any waterway, the Kiwassa 12.6 LT will help you cover ground without sacrificing comfort along the way.

Light Touring Saranac

The Saranac 14 offers a secure non-confining feel in the cockpit and performance that thrills all who paddle it.  It’s mid range length and rounded chines make it an excellent vessel for the adventurous day paddler or weekend tripper.

The Saranac 15 design follows the traditions of its predecessors by utilizing the same distinctive style and shape, but offers more space under the deck for larger paddlers and an increased waterline for better glide. It accelerates with ease and maintains speed with minimal effort, making it the easy choice for adventurous paddlers or those who need a little more leg room.

Recreational Adirondack 12 and 13.6

The Adirondack 12 is neither long nor narrow, but provides surprising performance where it counts for new paddlers. It boasts great initial and secondary stability, lots of volume for leaning or rough water, straight tracking, easy steering and an inviting cockpit of generous size.

The Adirondack 13.6 is the big brother to the 12 and offers the same accessible cockpit, but with more generous volume spread over a longer hull to increase comfort and security. The large watertight storage compartments allow the adventurous paddler to take this boat on an overnight or load it up with gear for a big day out.

Touring Bering Sea and Bering Sea XL

The Bering Sea, with the extra waterline length, gains more speed than the Saranac.  It’s volume above the waterline gives it increased security in rougher conditions and even more room for gear.  Yet, the Bering Sea offers a low profile to the wind, with a forward-raked design and unique mini-transom, sure to appeal to the sophisticated paddler.

The Bering Sea XL is ideally suited for the larger sized paddler who is looking for more than average performance, complimented by beautiful craftsmanship and durable, lightweight construction. It has rounded chines and a moderate rocker with a spacious cockpit. It handles wind and waves with great predictability. It’s long waterline length, flared hull design and composite hatches create ample storage capacity.
